Hello sweetie! The following FAQ is by no means extensive but hopefully it should answer most of your initial questions prior to purchasing any files from me. Given how busy I am and how long I’ve been making these recordings, I cannot act as your personal shopper or recommend which files you should purchase for your specific needs but hopefully this helps you figure out where to start!

♡ 1. **What is hypnosis?** Hypnosis is a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. It’s often used for relaxation, behavior change, and therapeutic purposes. Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to address various issues such as stress, anxiety, weight loss, smoking cessation, and more.

♡ 2. **How does hypnosis/hypnotherapy work?** During hypnosis, a hypnotist (during hypnotherapy, that hypnotist is a trained professional) guides you into a deeply relaxed state where you are more open to positive suggestions. Your mind is more receptive to change, helping you overcome challenges like bad habits or emotional blockages.

♡ 3. **Can I use hypnosis MP3s to bring about real change or solve my problems?** Yes, hypnosis MP3s can be effective in bringing about actual changes in your thoughts and behavior; helping you with a variety of issues, such as stress, weight loss, anxiety, or breaking habits.  The recordings on this site provide guided hypnosis that can help induce relaxation, increase sensations of arousal and just really make you feel good.

♡ 4. **Do I need to be in a specific place to use a hypnosis MP3?** No, you can listen to hypnosis MP3s at home, at work, or anywhere that’s quiet and comfortable. The most important thing is that you are in a relaxed environment where you can focus on the recording. Although, for obvious reasons, I suggest you do not listen to these files while driving a car or operating heavy machinery. I have known clients to become so relaxed that they do actually asleep while listening.

♡ 5. **How can I purchase hypnosis MP3s from your website?** To purchase, simply browse my selection of hypnosis MP3s, choose the one you’re interested in and click the Buy Now button. This will take you to the Niteflirt website to complete payment and provide you with the actual download. I know this is heckin clunky and I apologize for the inconvenience but due to the “adult nature” of these products, this is the safest and most reliable way for both of us. I’ve used NF for billing and transactions since 2007 with no issues so I feel very confident in their ability to protect not only my information but yours as well.

♡ 6. **What types of payment do you accept?** NF accepts most credit cards. You may also purchase via IWantClips. Both sites require you to sign up for an account but its a pretty painless process and it keeps us both safe

♡ 7. **Are the hypnosis MP3s available for immediate download?** Yes! Once you complete your purchase, you’ll be able to download the MP3s immediately to your computer or mobile device.

♡ 8. **Can I get a refund if I don’t like the hypnosis MP3 I bought?** This is entirely up to whichever site you made the purchase through. I have zero control over that aspect of the purchase process.

♡ 9. **Do I need to listen to the hypnosis MP3s every day for best results?** For optimal results, it is recommended to listen to the hypnosis MP3s regularly. Consistency helps reinforce positive changes and improve the effectiveness of the session.

If you just can’t find what you’re looking for, I do offer custom sessions starting at $500 for a 20-ish minute (minimum length) file. Please note: customs must be paid for via NF’s billing platform only.

♡ 12. **Do you offer any subscription or membership services for hypnosis MP3s?** Not at this time but I may do so in the future!

♡ 13. **Can I use the hypnosis MP3s on my mobile device?** Absolutely! My MP3s are compatible with most mobile devices. Once you download them, you can listen to them on your phone, tablet, or other portable devices.

♡ 14. **How can I access my past purchases?** Once you’ve logged into your NF or IWC account, you can view your purchase history and download any MP3s you’ve previously bought.

♡ 15. **Are the hypnosis MP3s safe to listen to?** Yes, hypnosis MP3s are designed for relaxation and arousal.  Furthermore, you cannot be forced to do anything you don’t want to do while in trance. Think of hypnosis as an encouraging voice, guiding you towards your own desires, lowering the inhibitions that might be holding you back from experiencing the sensations you crave. Its fun to play around with the idea of force and coercion but ultimately, your own mind protects you from anything truly sinister. However, if you have any medical or psychological concerns, it’s always best to consult with a healthcare professional before using hypnosis of any kind.

♡ 16. **Are your hypnosis MP3s suitable for children or teenagers?** No, my hypnosis MP3s are designed for adults. If you are considering hypnosis for a child or teenager, I recommend checking with a licensed therapist or medical professional first to determine if it’s appropriate.

♡ 17. **Do you offer custom hypnosis MP3s?** Yes, I do offer custom hypnosis MP3s. Please contact me for more details on how I can create a personalized hypnosis session tailored to your specific needs. Files start at $500 for a minimum length of 20 minutes with options to add in background music, extra vocal layers, etc for an additional fee.
